Sculpt + Flow

This combo class incorporates basic yoga and basic body weight training to create a fun and unique workout routine. We’ll take movements that are similar to a yoga class but we’ll build functional, new strength in each position. This class is 45 minutes and will be designed to get you moving. This is a great intro to yoga, as we’ll be incorporating more familiar exercises, such as squats and lunges, and showing how they can benefit and help a yoga practice.

All levels are welcome and encouraged to join us!

Show up at 6. Class will begin at 6:15.

Bring your own mat. Gym attire. Sneakers not required.
