Sculpt + Flow

Unwind from the day with this full body workout. Focused instruction on form and technique will guide you through this 60 minute body-weight workout. Sculpt and tone your body, as we focus on strength and movement. Calm your mind and stretch your body as we wind down with a gentle yoga flow that places emphasis on breath and stretching.

Sneakers not required. Please bring a yoga mat. 5 mats will be provided but they are first come, first serve.
